Shipment:

a. We collect samples from residence, doctor.s office, clinics and hospitals, and medical laboratories in Hong Kong.
b. Take samples to our lab at 1608-09, 16/F Grandtech Centre, 8 On Ping Street, Shatin, Hong Kong.
c. Take your sample at HOME and mail samples (excluding blood sample) to us, see below.
 
Samples that can be mailed to us (for personal use only):
Dried buccal swab Hair with roots Cigarette butt
Drinking straw Dried semen stain Dried vaginal stain
Nail clippings Ear Wax
(Do not touch sample by hand, put sample in a clean labeled plastic bag and mail in an addressed clean envelope)
Note: A self-sampling kit containing buccal swabs and hair collection bag is available from us. Please call for details.
     

 

Turn-around Time
  • With few exceptions,
 a written report will be issued within 3กำ1 working days after we receive the sample for personal use
a written report will be issued within 5กำ1 working days after we receive the sample for legal use
  • If needed, express service (about 36 hours after receiving the sample) is available, please contact us
  • Depending on the test performed, the turn-around time varies slightly. Please consult us.
  • Special and confirmation cases may take longer, please contact us
